Station 15

37415 US 24 North, Buena Vista, CO 81211

Driving north along US Highway 24, just off the east side of the highway, Station 15 is visible. Located at the head of the valley, this station is the northern most location for Chaffee County. Built in 1977, this station can lay claim to being part of the original Northern Chaffee County Fire Protection District. Station 15 currently houses one Water Tender, a Type 4 Wildfire Engine, and a Type 7 Wildfire Engine.
